A solution for correcting irregularities
Do you want to improve the shape and position of your teeth? Veneers are often the best aesthetic solution for this situation.
Or perhaps you have chipped teeth that are badly damaged, or a gap between your teeth? At Radix we can solve those problems too with composite veneers.

What veneers are
Veneers are thin ceramic or composite shells placed only on the front surfaces of the teeth to improve their appearance and function. Veneers are used to correct various aesthetic problems: discolouration, irregular shape, inadequate size or incorrect tooth position.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what you ask most often
The answers are general in nature and do not replace a check-up. For advice tailored to you, get in touch with the clinic.
What are veneers and what are they made of?
Veneers are thin ceramic shells that are bonded to the front of the tooth to change its shape, colour and appearance. They are made to fit your tooth, so they look natural.
Do the teeth have to be reshaped?
Usually a light preparation of the tooth is needed, and its extent depends on the case. At the check-up we will explain exactly how much is required.
How long does the procedure take?
After the teeth are prepared and an impression is taken, temporary veneers are placed, and the final restoration is usually ready after about five working days.
How long do veneers last?
With good hygiene and regular check-ups they can last a long time, but they are not permanent. Biting hard objects can damage them, so care is important.
Do veneers change colour, and can they be whitened?
Ceramic does not absorb colour from coffee or tea the way a natural tooth does, but it also cannot be whitened. That is why the shade is chosen in advance. If you want a brighter smile, whitening is usually done before the veneers.
Who are veneers for?
For people who want to correct minor irregularities in the shape, colour or position of their teeth, provided that their teeth and gums are healthy. Veneers are not a solution for every case, which we assess at the check-up.
